QT Perth’s new rooftop bar caters for up to 200 guests
With an indoor/outdoor space designed by long-standing collaborator Nic Graham, the new venue caters for up to 200 people.
The food menu at The Rooftop at QT Perth, overseen by creative food director Robert Marchetti and executive chef Nic Wood, includes Porchetta Fritters (suckling pig fritters meets green sauce); Fish Roll (polenta crumbled whiting with a caper, onion parsley salad, lemon and aioli) and The Burger (milk bun, pasture fed beef patty, lettuce, steak tomato onion, Asiago cheese, pickle and hand cut fries).
A drinks menu includes craft beers, Spritzes and bespoke cocktails. Rooftop at QT is open until late, seven days a week and is available for private functions.
