Top End produce inspires new menu at Darwin Convention Centre
Guided by executive chef Toby Beaton the new menu features the best of the Territory’s produce including wild barramundi, tiger prawns, farmed saltwater crocodile meat, kangaroo fillets, exotic tropical fruits and seasonal vegetables.
“The new menu is all about local seafood, fresh produce, delicious flavours and mouth-watering presentation to ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience,” he said.
General manager Janet Hamilton says that over the past eight years, the Centre has developed a reputation for outstanding dining.
“We are excited that our new menu will further enhance our reputation by inspiring and delighting our many local, national and international guests,” she said.
