Free events as Korea gears up for Winter Olympic Games

Korea is gearing up to host test events for the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games from November to March next year with 29 test events scheduled to take place to ensure the readiness of all venues for the Games.

Korea is offering free test events in 2017 as it prepares for Winter Olympic Games

korea-winter-olympicsWith less than 500 days to go till the opening ceremony on February 9, 21 events will offer free tickets to spectators who wish to attend.

The test events include FIS Snowboard World Cup 2016 (Nov 23-26); 2016 ISU World Cup Short Track Speed Skating (Dec 16-18); FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup 2016 (10-18 Feb); the FIS Snowboard World Cup 2017 (Feb 12-19); the ISU Four Continents Figure Skating Championships 2017 (Feb 16-19); the 2017 IPC Snowboard World Cup Finals (Mar 10-13); and the 2017 IPC Alpine Skiing World Cup Finals (Mar 11-18).
