Dane Clouston to lead the menu at Grand Hyatt Melbourne
He takes up his new role at Grand Hyatt Melbourne after serving six years at Park Hyatt Melbourne as executive chef.
Clouston says he is excited to continue to uphold Hyatt’s global philosophy of “Food. Thoughtfully sourced. Carefully served”.
“I look forward to continuing to work with our local producers and suppliers to deliver bold and unexpected surprises Grand Hyatt Melbourne is known for with exclusive new menus and offerings for its award-winning restaurant, Collins Kitchen,” he said.
Clouston hails from New Zealand, but has studied and worked across Australia, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
