For the launch event, Staging Connections was tasked with creating an intimate environment for 25 guests in the Grand Ballroom complete with audio, vision, lighting, multimedia and styling, themed to enhance the presentation of the new menu prepared by chef Hueman Lam.
Michael Curran, venue services manager at Staging Connections, said the event showcased the new features of the Grand Ballroom while creating an intimate experience for guests.
“In the recently upgraded Grand Ballroom we blended lighting, dividers, custom multimedia and decorative styling to create the illusion of intimacy while still showcasing the expansive event space,” he said.
“Our team created a remarkable environment for 25 guests within an expansive ballroom that can fit up to 1000; it was a stellar result.”
