The MEA2018 program offers delegates access to subject matter experts from a range of fields and industries. Sessions on sales, sponsorship, networking, marketing, social media, deep listening and event security form a core part of the program. The program will also explore what you need to know about event technology, exhibitions, festivals and events as well as all newest latest products and services open to the industry. More information on the speakers and the program can be found here.
The Adelaide Convention Centre’s totally spectacular East Building is the perfect backdrop for the 2018 program. The building’s state-of-the art technology, innovative approach to delegate experiences and incredible architecture will be an inspiration to the whole industry and will provide a real-life demonstration of what can be achieved through vision and skills.
“As a truly national body MEA is tasked with providing education to our whole sector,” said MEA CEO Robyn Johnson. “The MEA Conference Program Committee has created a comprehensive program that offers professional development for all sectors of the events industry. We are excited to meet our industry in Adelaide for this incredible event.”
Tell us ‘what’s new’ MEA?
We invite the industry to submit a 50 word outline for presentation on a new product or service to wow our delegates. These outlines will be considered for inclusion in the ‘What’s New Session’ in the program.
The presentation must focus on a product or service that is innovative or creative and should focus on the benefits to the event industry. The session will be run ‘speed dating style’ using the Silent PA technology from Congress Rentals. Enter your submission via the website.
