STO announces a new, inclusive vision for tourism
STO president and CEO Jaesung Rhee said the group aims to create a sustainable tourism city by working together with local residents.
In line with its public-focused vision, STO has announced new projects including a Discover Seoul Pass – a purchased pass originally designed for international tourists that gives free admission and discounts at major attractions – for local residents, lifelong tourism education opportunities for Seoul residents, and a 24/7 tourist complaint center.
These projects are aiming to ensure that travellers, the local community, and the tourism industry experience mutual growth and coexistence.
“The Seoul Tourism Organization plans to create more opportunities to share its projects, direction, and status and listen to the opinions of residents, visitors, and tourism industry professionals,” said Jaesung Rhee.
