Sydney Harbour Marriott relaunches following $15m revitalisation
Located in Circular Quay, the hotel’s new and refurbished venues include Silvester’s, a restaurant serving locally-sourced produce-driven cuisine; Three Bottle Man, a café by day and cocktail bar by night; and a newly expanded Customs House Bar.
General manager Jennifer Brown said attention to detail was considered in every aspect of the refurbishment.
“Located in a space so quintessentially Australian, the three venues’ identities are reminiscent of the heritage of the site on which they are built, yet present exciting, contemporary concepts for the modern Sydney-sider,” she said.
“Opened in 1989, Sydney Harbour Marriott has been a long-standing Sydney institution for 28 years. Drawing on both local and international expertise, this transformation will position the hotel as a serious contender in Sydney’s food and drink scene.”
