Sydney to host major aviation summit

Sydney will welcome up to 1000 of the world’s leading aviation industry executives in August next year for the CAPA Australia Pacific Aviation Summit.

Sydney set to host CAPA Australia Pacific Aviation Summit in 2017

sydney-majorNSW Minister for Trade, Tourism and Major Events Stuart Ayres said the two-day Summit will provide a forum for discussions on aviation issues across Australia and the Pacific region while showcasing Sydney to the world.

“Delegates will be able to experience first-hand why Sydney is the premier destination for convention and exhibition business, with iconic attractions, luxury accommodation and world-class food and wine,” said Ayres.

“We are delighted to be working with the NSW Government through Destination NSW to stage the 2017 CAPA Australia Pacific Aviation Summit, providing global aviation and travel leaders with a professional platform for high-level discussion on the future of our industry,” said CAPA – Centre for Aviation managing director Stephen Pearse.

The 2017 CAPA Australia Pacific Aviation Summit which will be held on August 1-2 at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth Hotel.
