Treasury Brisbane enters fifth year of partnership with Brisbane Festival
Brisbane Festival will run from September 9 with a program of theatre, music, dance and live events, concluding on September 30 with the city’s biggest fireworks display, Riverfire.
During the festival, Treasury Brisbane Arcadia will take over South Bank, showcasing music acts, burlesque dancers, street performances and food stalls.
The Star Entertainment Group managing director Queensland Geoff Hogg said he was delighted for the organisation to partner with the event for the fifth year.
“Brisbane Festival is one of Australia’s premier events that supports local and international artists and attracts over one million residents and visitors into the city,” he said.
“The festival underpins the eclectic characteristics of Brisbane and is helping to cement the city as a pre-eminent tourism, leisure and entertainment destination.”
Treasury Brisbane will also host a number of on-property experiences, including a new festival-inspired cocktail menu.
