The Woolshed reopens its doors today in Melbourne’s Docklands after a five month redevelopment.

Melbourne’s Woolshed reborn as hospitality destination

The historic venue offers a rejuvenated menu and new décor, as well as new event spaces catering up 720 guests such as the Harbour View Room and Mezzanine.

The refreshed menu from head chef Catherine Kalka features old favourites including Sticky Date Pudding, mixed with new creations such as Red Kampot Pepper Prawns plus a new signature dish – Roasted Duck and Sea Scallop Salad with Soba Noodles and a Sesame Sambal.

“We have taken the opportunity to modernise, refine and upgrade to ensure the new look Woolshed will excite and entice the people of Melbourne,” said general manager Duncan Laidlaw.
