The Northern Territory is heading to AIME 2018 with one of its largest groups of industry partners and a swag of exciting new initiatives, as well as product news. The 18 product and supplier participants on the NT Stand #1550 represent the entire Territory from Darwin, Kakadu and Alice Springs to Uluru.
Exhibitors include the two NT convention centres in Darwin and Alice Springs, hotels and resorts, off-site venues, dining and attractions, specialist suppliers and services, tour, cruise and activity operators from throughout the NT.
The NT will join in the dedicated networking hour at AIME which runs from 5pm on the Tuesday evening, with legendary Territory hospitality featuring special NT-inspired canapes as well as beverages. Visitors to the NT Stand can look forward to lemon myrtle gin and tonics or mango mojitos, both of which feature the fresh produce for which the NT is renowned. Smoked barramundi from the NT’s Humpty Doo Barra Farm, crocodile kabana, native pepper-crusted beef and lemon myrtle-infused feta with green ants makes it clear that cocktails and canapes with the NT is a special experience.
A range of positive new initiatives are setting the scene for a successful year in the Territory which will include new and freshly-refurbished NT products, new international aviation services and the launch of funding support for qualified events.
